Jordan Halter

Jordan comes to us from Canton, Ohio with 9 years of experience in the customer service industry, primarily in retail sales. She most recently worked at Tiffany & Co where she was a Sales Professional at their Cleveland, Ohio location. Before working in the luxury market, Jordan was the Director of Education and Training for a local jewelry chain in Northeastern Ohio.  She also worked as the Customer Service Manager for a gemstone & mineral business (wholesale and ecommerce). She originally went to college to study Secondary Education and Communications at Eastern Michigan University. During her time in Michigan, she worked part time at JB Robinsons jewelers and fell in love with the jewelry industry.  To follow her passion, she transferred stores and began to work full time in jewelry retail sales.  She eventually transferred and graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Interpersonal Communication. Currently Jordan is finishing her Graduate Gemologist (GG) program with GIA. Her first encounter with minerals was at six years old during a trip to Gem Mountain Gemstone Mine in Spruce Pine, NC. She did a mining tour where she was able to find and collect mineral specimens. A family friend was a gemologist with small faceting equipment, allowing for newly collected stones to be cut by themselves and then they went to the local jeweler to set the stones.
